The Holocaust Memorial is located at the Jewish Cemetery of Victoria. The Jewish Cemetery is the resting place for Holocaust survivors as well as a commemorative space to remember the victims of the Holocaust.

The Holocaust memorial was erected and dedicated in 1981. It was created by the Jewish community of Victoria following the initiative of the Holocaust survivors William and Helen Jacobs and constructed by stonemason Syd Fry. It is a site of memory during Holocaust Remembrance Day Yom Hashoah.

The Jewish Cemetery in Victoria BC Canada is owned by the historic Congregation Emanu-El and was created in 1860. It continues to serve the Jewish community of Victoria, Vancouver Island and the adjacent Islands.
